Alana De La Garza is beautiful and has been leaving an imprint on the tiny screen. De La Garza, a Mexican American father as well as an Irish American mother were born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 in 1976. Within a short time she made the move to Texas to pursue her training in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas and then relocated to Orlando Florida where she experienced a variety of acting roles such as local independent films as well as worldwide commercials. She quickly found her passion for the art of acting, despite small roles. In 2001, she moved to New York where her first role was on All My Children's daytime soap-opera as Rosa Santos. In the beginning of 2000, she had smaller roles on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. She was cast in her first big role in the year 2004 on the short comedy The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable performance was on Law & Order where she appeared as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. After that, she was a part of the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. This particular character earned De La Garza various nominations like Best Supporting Actress - Television through the Imagen Foundation Awards and even a few ALMA Award noms. She was awarded the Impact Award in 2008 for her outstanding performance on a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. Then, a short time later De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring role. She played Marisol Delko and wife to David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. as the character Dr. Lena Solis, she appeared in the NBC drama Do No Harm. After two episodes the series was put on hold. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are an Italian father and a sister Cory that is one years older than her. She was raised in an extremely religious and conservative family. Milano began her acting career at the age of seven old. Babysitters would take her along for an audition. Out of more than 1,000 applicants they were selected to be one of only four. Milano played in television commercials and off-Broadway shows including the very first American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
